ORDER QUALIFIES FOR SHIPPING

The whole shipping process starts when we get a confirmation on orders from our users. It might be a Pre-Paid or Cash on Delivery (COD). Pre-paid orders are the orders when the user makes the payment in advance before we dispatch the order. In the case of pre-paid orders, we consider an order a successful order when the payment transaction is completed successfully for that particular order on our designated payment gateway channels. While, in the case of COD, payment is made by the user at the time of delivery and we consider an order a successful COD order when the user completes the checkout process successfully and our website sends a confirmation link to the user including order details on their email address and mobile number provided during the checkout process.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our turnaround time varies from product to product. Though we generally take a maximum of three working days to process any order in some cases for certain items, we may take more than three working days to process the dispatch. However, we may have listed the turnaround time for the products, which are make-to-order products on the product page itself. If you are in a hurry and want your orders delivered faster, please contact us at care@unmetdesire.com, we will put our best effort into speeding up the manufacturing and shipping process as much as possible. In the case of make-to-order products, we have written the manufacturing time that is required to manufacture the ordered item.

SHIPPING REGION

We ship our products to PAN India. But still, we have categorized them into four major categories i.e. metro, non-metro, rural, and no serviceable areas. This categorization we use to estimate our transit time, shipping charges and scope of serviceability if at all. All of this categorization is managed with the help of pin codes. We request you to check the estimated delivery time on the product detail page by entering the shipping address pin-code.

MODE OF SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIME

We dispatch all our orders from our central warehouse located at E 171, Sector 7, Noida, Disst.-Gautam Budhha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. We ship all our orders through ground shipping only and transit time depends on the serviceable pin-codes. You can check the transit time on the product page by entering the shipping address pin code.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are crucial for both of us. We have very flexible rates for shipping and handling of your orders that vary from product to product, their sizes, weight, and pin-code-based delivery locations. Shipping charges start from zero and go up to a very optimal amount, which you will see on your checkout page.

ORDER SHIPPING TRACKING

Every successful order gets assigned a shipment tracking number and a web link and the same is shared on the provided email address after we dispatch the product from our central warehouse located at E 171, Sector 7, Noida, Disst.-Gautam Budhha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. All the shipment tracking through shipment ID/ AWB or LR Number is executed by our designated logistics and shipping partner. Our users can check the transit status of their order online by visiting the provided link. Don’t worry if you don’t find any latest update on your shipment status because sometimes it takes more than the average time to update the exact status by a logistic and shipping partner. SAFETY OF SHIPMENT DURING TRANSIT

We, on our part, take extra care to protect the product from any possible damage at any point during transit because of any reason. We highly recommend you not accept a damaged or tempered shipment. We firmly believe, that any transaction is successful only when we deliver the product in perfect condition and our user loves it. To make you experience the delivery of the perfect product that you ordered, we go the extra mile and spend a fair amount of time, resources, and money to design and implement the safety of our products. SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

  • Condition an order is considered delivered:

Your order is considered delivered only when you or anybody on your behalf or anybody available at the provided delivery address during the checkout process makes the payment as per the attached invoice amount (not applicable to pre-paid orders), receives the shipment, and acknowledges it as per the instructions given by the delivery person.

  • Change of delivery address:

For smooth and seamless shipping and handling of our orders, we don’t allow changing the delivery address once confirmed on the checkout page. We request you provide the correct delivery address with a valid email address and mobile number during the checkout process.

  • Damaged or tempered package:

We highly recommend not accepting your order shipment if the package is damaged or tampered with. Report to us within 24 hours if you receive a wrong, damaged, or faulty product at care@unmetdesire.com.

  • Role of courier/logistic service provider:

The role of a logistic provider when it comes to delivery of the shipment is to successfully deliver the shipment to your doorstep at the given delivery address and ask for acknowledgment of the successful delivery. In case of an order is a COD order; the delivery person has the right to collect the invoice amount (in cash or whatever payment mode is available at that time) from you or someone who is receiving the shipment on your behalf before the shipment is handed over to you.

  • Non-delivery of shipment:

There are multiple factors that work together for the successful delivery of your order. It’s very important to provide the correct delivery address, correct & functional mobile number, and availability of you, or someone on your behalf to accept the package at the delivery address and make the payment in case of COD orders. Our delivery person makes three attempts before the shipment is returned to our warehouse. Non-delivery of shipment attracts an additional cost, which is borne by you solely in case it is a pre-paid order.
